No, as long as we have access to an outdoor water spigot and to the areas being cleaned. We will confirm the plan with you beforehand.

Pressure washing uses strong water force and works well on concrete, brick and masonry. Soft washing uses low pressure with a cleaning solution and is the correct method for roofs, siding, decks and fences.
Yes. It is built for roofs. Low pressure means no lifted granules and no water forced under the shingles, which is exactly what most shingle manufacturers specify.
Full pressure for driveways, patios, sidewalks, concrete and sound masonry. Soft washing for roofs, siding, decks, fencing, stucco and anything painted or delicate.
Yes. Gutter clearing, downspout flushing and exterior gutter face washing are all standard, and we often pair them with a roof soft wash.
Not the way we work. Beds and sensitive planting are pre-rinsed and covered before we start, and rinsed again once we finish.
Fresh stains usually lift completely. Older stains that have soaked deep into the concrete lighten considerably but may keep a shadow. We will tell you which one you have before we start.
